Hey all - Does anyone know if there is a way to copy the User container table and paste to Excel?

In Interaction Administrator you can go to File - Print
and from User Phone Directory choose which details you would like to export to csv files.

This is not the copy of all details but you may use it.
    Hope it helps

It depends on the data that you're trying to gather.

The two methods that I've used are writing a handler that pulls values from directory services (goal was to get the outbound ANI currently assigned to every user)  and concatenates them into a CSV or using powershell to pull the information from the registry of the server to generate a CSV (I use this to get licensing information, but anything generally in DS is exposed in the registry as well).

If you want to look at your users in the registry, the key is:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Interactive Intelligence\EIC\Directory Services\Root\<<YOUR SITE NAME>>\Production\Users

In IA, a File > Export will export a significant amount of DS data into a CSV file. This may also be helpful for you, but I wouldn't recommend running it during the day.
