    Hello Everyone,

    I would like to know if there are special reports for IVR outbound campaign agentless?
    In case, I want to know how many selections or user inputs are?

    Is there what is called IVR-Tracker for example?

    No, there is no such report. You will need to create your own by pulling metrics from the API, or use a solution such as PureInsights or eMite found in appfoundry.genesys.com to pull the information and then format it into a report.

    Hello George,

    Greetings, I am looking for the customers name(from contact list) and one more associated field(like INC number/Company Name from contact list) into the Agentless dialing report, I am fine if the above info appears under any existing column of the report. Plz help me with the API details or the solution hints. 

    Also plz let me know if I could fire API from Genesys Cloud after each SMS gets send to customer under Agentless Campaign(SMS).
