    Hi Ighor,

I am not aware of any documentantion about GWS and WWE other than the one found at Genesys Documentation

Genesys Documentation for very specific solutions can be really hard to find, and sometimes it is really not available at all, and there are some other times where, depending on the solution you need to deploy, you will have to look for several different documents.

One example I can give you from the top of my head is when we want to setup ICON for GIR solution. In addition to search in GIR documentation for the specific configuration for ICON in GIR solution, we also might want to search ICON general documentation to find guidelines about how to deploy it, or to find out how HA can be implemented...

    Cheers,

What is your specific question about deploying GWS/WWE that isn't covered in the deployment guide?

    Couple examples:

1 Start Web services: (Documentation:HTCC:Dep:StartHTCC:8.5.2 - Genesys Documentation)

After you install and configure Web Services, you should start the nodes in the following order:
    Start the syncNode.
    Start the remaining nodes.

Deployment guide don't show command to do it.

    2. Troubleshoot section shows "$JETTY_HOME" , but if you using version above 8.5.201.50 looks like there is no such env setting.

Also, there are a lot of back and forth during the deployment guide which makes it very confusing. Old deployment guides was much more straight forward (specially old PDFs ones were much more easier).

For the $JETTY_HOME$ environment variable, you'll probably have to define that in your shell config file so that it is exported and available.

For the command to start GWS you have to expand the Show/Hide link in the docs to see the actual command line to start GWS on Linux:
