Thanks, Jeff – the information on certification is helpful – Certified Pre-sales, Associate, or Professional – and each have a cost to take the proctored exam.
Would like a better definition of "Pre-sales", "Associate", and "Professional". Within a contact center, which typical roles would seek the various certifications? "Associate" is not CSR based on the sample questions I reviewed for that exam. Looks like a WFM or Ops Analyst might take that exam.
The core learning plan seems to be all online – still interested to know (from anyone in the community) if there are instructor-led courses offered for PureCloud. Thank you!
