  • 1.  Force logout on behalf of an agent

    Hi, 
       Is there an option to logout an agent forcefully ? The scenario we have is, some agents do not logout from purecloud before leaving for the day and their status remains as available/away till then come in on the next day. This is screwing up the agent status reports. 
    So, team leaders want to be able to logout agents on agent's behalf. 
    Is this possible in Purecloud ? If not, is there an alternative to this ?

    I have done some things with changing status using the API. You might want to post on developer.mypurecloud.com and get some good advice on how to do it properly over there (my setup was a kludge).
