    Dear All,

    I faced an issue so please I need your help
    I have a CIC and the agent pcs on the same domain but different VLANs (from the agent pc I can reach the servers and remote access)
    but when I try to provision the sip softphone it asks me for the certification I put the username and the password It told me (The Host Cannot Be reached)

    please, I need your advice how to solve this issue.

    How is the router between the vLANs configured? Is it blocking or manipulating any ports at all?

    Sometimes hovering over the error message will popup more info. Otherwise looking in the SIP engine log should give you more details as to what was not working.

    I think the SIP Softphone is trying to resolve the IP address to a NETBIOS Name. Have you tried to use
    a) the simple Hostname
    b) the FQDN name
    of the provisioning server instead of the IP address?
