I am a new PureCloud user with no internal support, so I am hoping I can find someone in this community to assist. I have experience with Nortel, Avaya, Five9 and InContact and each of those platforms I had the ability to get detailed call-by-call type reporting. I cannot seem to find it in PureCloud, because my understanding with the Interactions Detail report, it combines interactions for call backs, which is not what I am looking for. Any guidance on where to go for this information?
