Hey Melissa, can you expound on how you are putting breaks/spaces in your email response (between paragraphs)?  I see <br>, but it doesn't seem to be working for me.  Any insight you can provide is appreciated.  Also, do you happen to know how to create a hyperlink within the auto-response?  I've not been able to create one.
