    Hi Team,

    Today I have been solved one issue in our lab. And i am sharing with you all. I will describe below the error.
    Host service Unavailable. And in SCI all are showing as Unknown.
    Cause:
    The connection between the solutioncontrolserver and local control agent have been lost.
    Solution:
    We need to restart the LCA agent.
    If it gets hangs By delivering message (Stopping). 
    We need to kill the respective service by using commands in the command prompt.
    In the services.msc, Go to respective application service(LocalControlAgent) And double click and open the properties. It will have ServiceName For eg: LCA64.
    Go to command prompt 
    And enter sc queryex LCA64(ServiceName)
    Then we need to notedown the PID Number.
    Then we need to enter the following commands.
    taskkill/pid 9828(PIDNO) /f
    It will display message as application terminated.
    Then go to services, Then start the local control agent. 
    Now the SCI will work properly. And no error message will appear.

    Hello,

    Thanks for sharing.

    What does SCS and LCA logs show?
    If there's a disconnection between SCS and your LCA, you may want to review the addp options on the host of the server. For example;
    addp/addp-trace = both
    addp/addp-remote-timeout = 60
    addp/addp-timeout = 30

    ​Also, depending on your LCA version, you may want to update it, there's a few fixes in the release notes for this kind of issue.
