    Hi all 

    I know this must have been about out there 

    We currently use OCM 7.6
    and 
    Config Manager 8.0 

    I cant seem to load this software on a Win 10 laptop 

    Is there a compatible version out there please

    or are we running too old a platform

    Any support gratefully received

    Yes Tim, it's time to move on from the legacy applications!
    • The last supported OS for OCM was Windows 7.  It's functionality was replaced by Genesys Administrator (GA, which is an IIS based web app).  It'll soon be replaced by CX Contact, as ultimately they want to retire GA as well.
    • CME 8.0 Supports Windows 7.  CME 8.1 supports Windows 8.  But again, it's functionality has been migrated to GAX and GA.

    You don't mention which versions of Configuration Layer, Management Layer or OCS you are using.  So best to check your mappings here: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/System/latest/GenIG/Welcome

    Also, if your an old version of the database for your calling lists, you may need to check support for GA here: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/System/latest/SOE/Welcome
