Hi community,

Is there any way to open a new tab with an fromatted URL when the agent receive a new interaction?

I've been looking at the docs, specifically Service Client API but I can only open a URL embeded in an IFrame inside WWE. This is not enought because I have security problems with my URL to put it inside an IFrame (X-Frame-Options header).

I'm using WWE 8.5.

Setting the mode to EXTERNAL will create a popup.
