Is ist possible to evaluate schedules within architect flow?
Example:
Call enter the IVR, which has specific schedules for Office Hours and Holiday.
After selecting the appropriate topic, the call is transferred to a queue. However, before executing the transfer, we would need to evaluate the office hours schedule for that specific queue.
Would that be possible or would I have to transfer the call to a specific internal number, that has its own schedules configured?
