    has anyone noticed anything odd with the API regarding call reporting today ? 


    for what ever reason I'm not seeing the correct amount of records that were called for example yesterday,

    From my understanding, there are some possible analytical issues that have been reported, at least by us. Support stated they have a Dev case open.

    I'm not aware of any issues with the analytics API this week outside of the Germany region which was posted here.  https://status.mypurecloud.com/

    Can you provide your case number for me to look into?  Thanks.

    We noticed some discrepancies with metrics from 6.19.19. We pulled the data directly from reports within PureCloud. See case- 0002565192

    ​We saw issues with queue metrics and queue metrics interval reports for 6.19.19.  Reports than ran early morning on 6.20.19 had fewer interactions for all queues than reports run later in the day.  Case #0002566920.

    raised a similar issue about 10 days ago identifying that the view was possessed (best description to provide) but to do with Agent performance view, so not sure if it falls in the same bucket. Been advised that there is a fix awaiting to be deployed.
