Genesys Cloud - Main

An IVR is created in Architect, in that I am calling Set Screen Pop action and set the created script then added step to transfer to queue.

In the script I have called web page url (help page of purecloud). When a call is made to this IVR, I am not able to see the screen pop up.

Can you please guide me to achieve this.

did you use the same value on both variables in Architect and Scripts(is case sensisitive).

Can you share your config?
