Genesys University is excited to announce two new PureEngage courses for Callback 8.5 premise:
- Callback Foundation 8.5 (1 day) and Callback Administration 8.5 (3 days).
- Foundation is a pre-requisite to Administration.
- These are Instructor-led ONLY. Not available as Virtual (online) or self-study at this time.
Genesys Callback provides interaction options based on the customers' availability.
Instead of waiting in the queue, customers can receive a callback when it is convenient to them, with an agent readily available to help (based on the operating hours of the business) – without them ever losing their place in the queue.
- Genesys Callback Foundation 8.5 introduces the Callback interface and provides the skills needed for daily operations and management after a deployment.
- Genesys Callback Administration 8.5 reviews key-concepts and focuses on the deployment and configuration of Genesys Callback.
