    We have deployment the web chat, but when we want test by web https://developer.mypurecloud.com/developer-tools/#/webchat, show we this message:

    Connecting...
    Aug 1, 2018, 1:45pm

    Chat is unavailable due to an authorization error.

    This discussion forum is targets for the PureEngage Cloud platform.  Your question seems to be related to PureCloud.  These are two different Genesys contact center cloud offerings.  Can you clarify which Genesys platform you are using?
