    Hi there!!

    I just posted an idea on aHa regarding adding the ability in Pulse to see the time in reason codes vs. using time in state.  The current metric of time in state continues to accumulate even though agents may change reasons.  Please feel free to review/comment and if you like vote :-)

    Hi Rebekah


    So change the current status time every time the reason changes,?
    -but the time in status will stay the same, because they're still technically not ready.
    or something like that?
