- If you go to the documentation site, https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation, you can access the PEC documentation by clicking the large Genesys Cloud Content button. It would bring you to the page that somebody already shared in this thread: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/Cloud.
Any search in the search box located in the top-right corner of this page is limited to PEC content only.
- At the bottom of every page on the documentation site, there is a Contact Us link. Please send any questions or requests you have around documentation to the email listed under Documentation Support, Techpubs.webadmin@genesys.com. We will be happy to assist you.
- Help content for all UI components in PEC is accessible from the interfaces themselves, by clicking the Help icon.

I'm at the end of a rope for finding PEC docs without begging our TAM.
Why isn't there a filter for PEC in Genesys Docs? Are we to be cast to the winds and forced to move to PureCloud?
No?
Then why did I just spend 10 minutes looking for an Agent v8.x guide and come up empty? Why do I have to hack around the web to find docs that should appear at my fingertips within 5 seconds?
