    Hey Everyone,

    Earlier this morning, we made some changes to our Single Sign On process and it created a new bug for the community's site. As such, some of you may not be able to sign on. We have escalated this issue and are working on a solution.

    I'll update this post once we have a solution in place. Feel free to email me or GenesysCommunity@genesys.com if we can help with anything.

    This issue is mostly resolved, but I may need to activate (or reactivate) your account, so pease follow the directions on the screen after you try signing in.

    If anyone has a good gif or meme for this moment, I'm all for a recommendation.
