Hi Kevin. I found out that the feature was only available for accounts with Administrator privileges. I have added a note to the following page to remind users that certain features require Administrator privileges:

The cause was tracked back to a problem with permissions that was corrected when a change to the user ID (could have been anything, just truncated it) updated my profile. Funny enough, this was the only function it affected that day.
