Hi, anyone know if there is a "PureCloudPlatformClientV2" like API (for python) that works with PureEngage / GWS / WWE?
    Thank you!

    Hello,

Not that I have practiced this for a while (on-premise), but no, there is no client API for python.

I don't know if you are referring to the Genesys Engage on-premises (formerly PureEngage) or to the Genesys Engage cloud (formerly PureEngage Cloud).

If this is about the on-premises version, there are 2 versions for GWS.

    GWS 8.5.2:
This one exposes a REST based API. There is no client library. You would need to create your own based on the REST endpoints.

    GWS 9.0:
Some customers have access to this version on restricted basis.

    Web APIs
Use the Web Services APIs to create your own custom applications that integrate with Genesys. For documentation, see the Genesys Engage cloud Developer Center (https://developer.genesyscloud.com/)
This 9.0 release includes the following web APIs:
    Workspace API
    Statistics API
Client libraries are available in Java and Node.js.

If this is about the cloud version, refer to the Genesys Engage cloud Developer Center (https://developer.genesyscloud.com/) for available APIs.
Client libraries are available in Java and Node.js.

I am able to create my own python application and access REST API for GWS, but would be easier to have client API like we have for PureCloud. And the way it works (urls to call) is very similiar, thats why my question.
