    Could you let me know whether PureEngage Cloud is compatible with Microsoft teams phone.

    If yes, can you please share detailed architecture.

    Rajath,

    Genesys just announce a few days ago a strategic partnership with Microsoft.  At first we will be offering PureEngage Cloud hosted on Azure, but as part of that strategic partnership we will also be developing integrations to Dynamics 365 and MS Teams.  To be clear, Teams is not yet supported as a phone endpoint, but look for that to happen in the near future.
