    Hi,
    How can I increase the inactivity timeout period for Interactive Insights, so users don't get logged out after 10 mins?

    Hi Maryam;

    Genesys Interactive Insights is built on SAP Business Intelligence software. The answer to your question depends on what release of Genesys Interactive Insights you have installed, but if you have the latest release, this is achieved by modifying the value of <session-timeout>XX</session-timeout> in the web.xml file, which is often found in <INSTALLDIR>\Tomcat6\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\web.xml
