Trying to access Recording API but getting access denied 20 error

    I read the manual and i think i have everything in place.  here is simple call:
    http://lab-gen-gir-recording01.chi.enova.com:8080/api/v2/me
    sending ops/ops as username/pwd (have htcc roles setup to supervisor on ops user)
    get:
