One of the clients is having a requirement " to pull data from pulse for Call Queue ticker application on the desktop and mobile app displaying, for example, the oldest call in the queue, Service Level, Calls Answered, Current Calls in the queue, ASA, and AHT) for each segment (Virtual Queue related to customer business). We would like to display this data in real-time in the call queue ticker. The concern we have is regarding the capacity, can we handle 5000 concurrent requests? "
Client plan to Cluster/HA Pulse /Pulse collector Architecture using Webdav.
how can we calculate each Pulse Host web request api concurrent limit?

    Hi Srirama

There's no API limit for on-Prem Pulse Webservices API. Please ensure you have checked the number of stats Collector is currently handling, and compare that with Pulse sizing guide to ensure its not exceeding the recommended 300K stats with a 10 second refresh rate per collector.

Let me know know if you have any further question
