Dear colleagues,

We are in the process of migration some customer from onpremise Outlook 2013 mailboxes to Office 365.
Technically speaking we can see the following steps:

• Have an EMS version that supports Office365: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/RN/8.5.x/mm-emj85rn/mm-emj8510106
• Configure EMS  pop-client-XXX config options (providing  EWS URL, not the host name or IP address as deteailed here https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/Options/latest/ES/ESJ-pop-client)
• Install certificate in EMS keystore: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/ES/8.5.1/Depl/SecEmail

I also opened a ticket to support to confirm if anything changes in the way the information comes to Genesys from office365 mailboxes and the answer was nothing changes.            

Just wanted to know if you have gone throught this process already and if you can share the difficulties you experienced.
