WDE SIP agents able to IM between agents when the type is set to agent in wde team comminicator.
But when type is set to  RP on agent and 'send IM' is initiated ,strategy on RP executes and delivers the call to agent2 and IM window is opened but after that IM fails to exchange mesages.
