  • 1.  PSDK 8.5 with JAVA 11 causes Emegency channel closed

    While Opening configuration protocol causes issue Emergency Channel Closed with DuplexChannel in protocol api. Its working fine with java 8 , Migrating from java 8 to java 11 causes that issue

    Please Check this page for Supported Operating Systems of PSDK
    https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/System/Current/SOE/PlatformSDK


    The PSDK 8.5+ does not support Java 11
    Open JDK 11 is supported from PSDK 9.0.004+

    If you are using PSDK 8.5+ the recommendation is to upgrade to latest version on PSDK (9.0.006.05)
