Delete User Announcement Not Working

    I have successfully implemented a the Record User Announcement object in a Strategy, but I have not been able to get the Delete User Announcement object to work. I keep getting results like this:

    The file name on the MCP is 'RecordTest02-354000027.wav', so the USER_ID and USER_ANN_ID are correct. (I've attached an image of the file in the folder and the IRD Object Parameters screen). 

    Any guidance would be appreciated.
