    In the GAX after selecting the New Deployment getting an error at the end with Connection Failed and Unknown Source

    New deployment should be used only if there is no Genesys CfgServer at all, if you have CfgServer already go with Existing Environment.
    If you still want to go with New Deploy, check GAX logs.
