  • 1.  How to get Unique Entered Interaction Count on a VQ

    Posted 09-07-2020 10:02
For an open media interaction (securemessage), routing application is designed in such a way that one interaction is traversing through multiple workflows and target blocks. Same VQ is used in every target block and every time the interaction reaches the target block, entered count is increased.

Is there a way to limit these number of counts as the interaction moves along the strategy? Like only one entered count should be displayed in WDE Contact Center statistics and Pulse even if it is traversing through multiple workflows and target blocks.

    Hi Saif,
I assume you are asking about DCID (Distinguished by Call ID) feature that lets to count unique Call Id at Solution Reporting (DataMart) metrics.

    Hello Urvantsev,

I tried Formula =  DCID on the statistics configured in the Stat Server application but still I was getting 3 entered counts for a single interaction as it moves along 3 workflows which have 1 target block each.

What kind of target? Routing Point?

If so, do you count statistics at RP object with DCID and it still shows your not unique count?

Target is an Agent ID first, then Skill expressions, then a default agent group.. All these three target blocks are using the same VQ.

What object do you use to count the metric? VQ?
If so, don't you want to put RP after VQ (so that all 3 VQs go there) and count metric at RP?
