We have a customer where they have UCS application is overloaded then the Agents using WWE are getting UCS out of service message(The Universal Contact Server is out of service.) We would like to know is there a way we can block those pop up message on their WWE screen. If there is no impact agents will face in processing the calls, there is no need to present some message that they don't understand. In addition what is the interaction WWE does with UCS and the frequency with which it checks
