Hi Obaid,
your question has two separate answers, depending on how you look at it:
From a Technical perspective, migrating from Interactive Insights to CX Insights is basically a start-over: Nothing can be re-used. Since the solutions are based on two different technologies and companies (Interactive Insights is based on SAP Business Objects, and CX Insights is based on Microstrategy), there are no tools which would allow you to export the Universe and custom reports from one solution to another, and you will have to create all customizations you did in GI2 all over again in GCXI.
From a Sales perspective, you might need to contact your Genesys Sales representative to check what's needed to perform such migration.
