Any help is appreciated
We are facing an issue in the following scenario
Agent A receiving customer call
Agent A initiating conference
Placed a consult call with Agent B
Agent B kept the consult call on mute
Agent A completed the conference
Observation :
Agent B is in mute under conference but is not able to mute off
When Agent B trying to mute off we are receiving Destination Invalid state error
Expectation
Agent B should be able to unmute after conference
We are not facing this issue if both Agent A and Agent B are on same SIP server
We are facing issue only with multi node
