    Good morning, is there a possibility to disable the enter key action through the WDE application options?

    Hi Alan,

    Can you provide a little more context around what you wish to do? Do you want to disable the Enter key whenever WDE is the active application? Do you want to disable the Enter key when the agent is typing a chat message?

    Hi Alan,

    I'm sorry to tell you that there is no way you can do what you want through WDE configuration.

    Like with most chat and message UIs, Enter = Send. If you want to be able to put carriage returns in chat messages, you will have to press shift+return.
