Change WDE Agent Status Icon Programmatically

    Hi 
    Customer asked us if it is possible to change related icons in the following states.
    - Not Ready only for the specific ActionCode = RONA
    - When the agent is in conversation, change the color of Ready Status icon (default green)

    We verified that it is possible to act on the specific icons through the file Resources.xml, however from the documentation it is not clear to us if possible to satisfy the request.

    Are requests feasible?
