  • 1.  IVR ringing not annouce answer when pass many value via interaction

    Hi ,

    I had do get 40 records from transaction  list on GAX on Workflow and cast it as JSON then pass to IVR via interaction  when call test it working fine,but when on production with high volume some call got only ringback  not pick a call i had check on log ORS  is working fine ,but on MCP log seem  call coming in and drop ant not see any error. anyone please please recomnend for this.

    Without logs it is impossible to know what you are doing or how your MCP is configured/behaving.
