AG2 Queue day is showing lesser values for Voice media

  • 1.  AG2 Queue day is showing lesser values for Voice media

    Team,
    We found that, All calls are showing correctly in Interaction_fact_gi2. And in AG2_Agent_Day, we can able to see the calls for all media.
    But in AG2_Queue_Day, We can able to see only lesser values for voice media. But all jobs were running fine.
    Hereby i request you to please provide your valuable suggestions for this concern.

    Team,
    The issue get solved, the call values are less for ag2 queue because, the call are getting routed to other routing point. So only it shows lesser amount of calls in the AG2Queue.
