Team,
We found that, All calls are showing correctly in Interaction_fact_gi2. And in AG2_Agent_Day, we can able to see the calls for all media.
But in AG2_Queue_Day, We can able to see only lesser values for voice media. But all jobs were running fine.
Hereby i request you to please provide your valuable suggestions for this concern.
