    Hi Everyone,

    I have configured custom KVP .Am capturing that value(Varchar datatype  i.e Y/N) in one of the  INFOMART tables .I want to show the count of that custom KVP for the calls having value 'Y'  in the pulse.Please advice on this.

    You need to create a filter in the Stat Server application(s) like the below:
    Filters \ MyCustomFilter = PairExists("MyCustomKVP","Y")
    You then define your statistic in the Pulse Widget Template with whatever statistic type you want (Total_Entered, Total_Answered or whatever your stats are defined as) and then set the Filter to the above filter you created (ie. MyCustomFilter in the above example).
