    Because PureEngage Cloud is a Genesys-operated environment, Genesys performs the necessary setup and deployment for a given customer. We do not provide customer-facing documentation for deploying Genesys-operated environments. Could you please expand on your situation, so we could offer specific advice for your needs? Are you currently an on-premises customer and are you assessing the move to PureEngage Cloud? Are you already a PureEngage Cloud customer and, if so, what particular services are not working for you?
