  • 1.  NR Reason code display at WWE

    Hi all,
    can you please advise whether it is available to make NR Reason code available only for selected agents at WWE?

    The issue is: we need to make different NR codes for different Agent Groups.

    Create the agent-status.not-ready-reasons option in the interaction-workspace section for each agent group.  Options at the agent group level will override options you set at the application level.
