    Hi 

    A few months ago we received the below email from Genesys Hub Notification. I know a case was opened with facebook but I am not able to find the URL to the thread. Can any one provide this. Has this issue been resolved.

    Dear Customer,

    We have been receiving multiple complains from our Genesys Hub Facebook Channel users that the account is been deactivated/logged out in a number of occasions.

    The message from Genesys Hub to the channel owners contains the below text:

    "You are receiving this email, because the page with id 'XXXXXXXXXXXX' can't be tracked anymore by channel '57abcdlf633432ajjns223' (facebookCompanyService - Facebook Service).
    Possibly, it was deleted on Facebook or you are not an admin of this page anymore.
    This is just a confirmation email, please do not reply to it."

    This issue is due to a bug in the underlying Pages API that is owned and managed by Facebook. We have escalated this with Facebook both internally and through support channels to express our concerns, however, we haven't received any specific timeline for a resolution. Feedback from our Facebook contacts is that they will focus on a number of fixes to be rolled out for Pages API in the second half of 2020, since this and other issues were reported by many different developers.

    If we find more information regarding this issue and resolution from Facebook, we will keep you informed.
