voice.mark-done-on-release
Default Value: false
Valid Values: true, false
Changes Take Effect: At the next interaction.
Specify if an interaction should be closed automatically if a TServer Release event is received. This option can be overridden by a routing strategy, as described in Overriding Options by Using a Routing Strategy.

hi all,
need some help, i have deployed a Push Preview Campaign and the customer has a request below
- Remove the Mark Done option from agents when record is complete, agent must be ready for next record without having to select Mark Done
- if not able to achieve, is there a timer i can use to auto mark a record Done?
Example:
if timer is set to 5 seconds and agent does not press Mark Done, the next record will be delivered to agent
