  • 1.  Stat server showing status as Iinitializing only not get started in SCI, But in windows services it get started.

    Team,
    For your kind information, we have deployed stat server, Both primary and backup,
    And started the application in windows services, it is working fine, And logs are getting populated and there are no errors.
    We have installed LCA application, and started the Stat server in SCI, It shows as initializing...
    And now in SCI, It showing status as only Initializing, it not getting started in SCI.(For both primary and backup it is showing as Initializing)
    Can you please provide your helpful suggestions on it..
    And please help by providing steps to solve this concern.

    Whether we need to enable TCP/IP protocols to yes while installing the stat server, whether it may create the problem in SCI for starting the applications.
    Can you please provide your valuable suggestions.

    Have you reviewed the Stat Server logs yet? Can you share the relevant information from Stat Server logs regarding this?
