  • 1.  media error 287 - no voice channel has been acquired

    Hi,
    Has anyone come across this media error (287) - no voice channel has been acquired, for a nailed up account?

    This is a new account, and the agent gets this message every time he tries to go into Ready state.


    I've tested on two different PCs and even reinstalled WDE, but get the same error.


    Here is a screenshot of the error:

    Hello,

    I've just been faced same issue today.
    Root cause: wde user did not have permissions to update the request-uri option on DN where h tries to log on.

    Once permissions on DN have been changed, it has worked.
