    Dear Experts, 

    we are having an issue with one-way audio  , and i have checked logs and found that call which had issue used different codec ... how could negotiate that codec on sip ??

    when user listen to IVR it was PCMA  , once after connect to Agent it become PCMU . kindly suggest me how we solve this issue

    Check and fix the enabled audio-codecs for all SIP-based applications (like Genesys SIP, MCP, WDE SE, etc.) and remove not required codecs to avoid having issue with different codes. Other way is through enabling SDP application filter on Genesys SIP Server level to remove unneeded codes from SDP permanently.

    if i bypass IVR and connect agent its working good
