Check and fix the enabled audio-codecs for all SIP-based applications (like Genesys SIP, MCP, WDE SE, etc.) and remove not required codecs to avoid having issue with different codes. Other way is through enabling SDP application filter on Genesys SIP Server level to remove unneeded codes from SDP permanently.
