  • 1.  update email (kvp in UserData) WWE

    We have workspace web edition.  Chat channel.  
    Scenario:
    -  Customer enters invalid email in prescreen chat.  
    -  Chat agent wants to update the email address of the customer so we can take a payment.

    How can I update UserData from WWE?  any code snippets?

    Take a look at this page (https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/HTCC/8.5.2/Dev/ServiceClientAPI) and scroll down to "Updating Attached Data from a Third-Party Application.  I think that will answer your question.
