    Hi,

    I'm looking for some info on integrating the third party Voice bot with GVP/SIP platform and also having omnichannel experience. Exploring on the GMS widgets also to integrate with both. 

    Any suggestions !!

    ​GIA/GAAP can achieve both. It just plugin very well with your existing SIP framework and can have easy/customized integrations with various third a party applications.

    Which Voice Bot are you trying to use.
