    Hi,
    Has anyone come across this message before on WDE? "Invalid WDE Connector License".
    It repetitively pops-up but I'm unsure what that means.

    Hello Maryam,

    This is not an out-of-the-box message for Workspace. Is it possible that you are running a "plugin" or an asset from Genesys Professional Services or a CRM Adapter? The message could be coming from one of these.

    Hi Maryam,

    in my experience that should be an error message coming from WDE connector (a Genesys PS asset).
    You should check that:
    - the license file defined in the Annex tab of WDE application (IWSConnector section) is present (with the same name) in WDE installation directory
    - that the string defined by Genesys in the Annex tab is correct as well

    It should be one of these two reasons

    Hi,
    Thank you for all the responses.
    The agent informed me that the issue fixed itself after 2 days which is very strange.
    There were no changes made on the agent's desktop or to his profile.

    There was a CRM integration running but no changes were made on that end either.
