  • 1.  User attached data view in CCPulse

    Team,

    We are setting up to see the user attached data in the ccpulse application. And we send the user attached data through the disposition codes in workspace Desktop Edition(WDE).
    And in the CCPulse application by setting the following option
    Extendedcurrentstatus == True
    ReasonCodeData = Hardware;Software;UserData

    And the following stat in the statserver
    ExtendedCurrentStatus
    MainMask - *
    Subject -- DNAction
    Category -- CurrentState
    Objects -- Agent


    We can able to see the dispostion codes in the agent extended status window, for some time and it disappears, after call over.

    Can you please provide your suggestions, so that we can able to see the user attached data in the CCPulse application view by stat or by formulas..
